Completely private space with only one building (266 square meters) on a vast site of over 30,055 square meters. There are only accommodation villas and a restaurant building on the premises.

At the restaurant adjacent to the VILLA, we serve both dinner and breakfast dishes with a natural theme from Hokkaido and eastern Hokkaido. Please enjoy dishes that can only be enjoyed at TAPKOP, which incorporates the essence of Chinese cuisine with Hokkaido ingredients (hairy crab, Ezo abalone, kinki, organic beef) selected by the chef himself after visiting the producers.

To brighten up special days such as birthdays and anniversaries, we have anniversary plates, candle decorations in the room, and swan and balloon decorations on the bed.

[Canoe check-in] Trip from Lake Kussharo to the source of the Kushiro River/Check-in plan to the site by canoe

At check-in, the canoe check-in plan starts at Lake Kussharo, the second largest caldera lake in the world located near the facility, and takes a canoe down the headwaters of the Kushiro River to the facility.
The canoe comes with a guide, so you can reach the goal without rowing.
You can relax and enjoy the natural scenery and air. After arriving at the facility grounds, walk around the grounds for about 5 minutes and head to the facility.
All cold weather gear and shoes can be borrowed free of charge.

[Canoe & Horseback Riding Check-in] Check-in plan with canoeing around the source of the Kushiro River from Lake Kussharo and horseback riding around the premises.

When you check in, you will start at Lake Kussharo, the second largest caldera lake in the world located near the facility, and canoe down the source of the Kushiro River to the facility.

After arriving at the facility, you will be greeted by Hokkaido Japanese horses called “Dosanko”.
You will change to horses and travel around the premises to head for Tapkop.

A guide will accompany you on the canoe ride, so you can reach the goal without having to row.
You can enjoy the natural scenery and air at your own pace.

A guide will also accompany you on the horseback riding experience, so even first-timers can experience it with peace of mind.

The canoe ride takes about 60 minutes including preparation time, and after arriving at the premises, the horseback riding time takes about 20 minutes, for a total of 80 minutes.
All cold weather gear and shoes can be rented for free.

*Due to the size of the horses, the weight limit for horse riding is 75kg or less.

*Small children are welcome to participate (2 years old and over).

*Pregnant women and those who have been drinking alcohol cannot participate in the canoeing.

For this plan, we will arrange for a canoe company and horse riding experience after you make a reservation.
Please note that your reservation will be confirmed once the arrangements are made.
If the experience reservation cannot be arranged, there will be no cancellation fee under any circumstances.

Note 2
In the event of bad weather or a large outbreak of horseflies or other stinging insects in the summer, we may cancel your reservation or arrange a different time from the check-in time.

The plan is to start at Lake Kussharo, the second largest caldera lake in the world, located near the facility, and enjoy breakfast on the canoe as you canoe down the headwaters of the Kushiro River.

The canoe comes with a guide, so you can reach the goal without rowing.
You can relax and enjoy the natural scenery and air.

*In the case of rain or bad weather that makes it difficult to eat breakfast on the canoe, the tour may be canceled. In that case, the price will be changed to the standard one-night stay with two meals included.
* Regarding canoeing times, we are only able to provide information on schedules that depart from the facility at 8:00 and end canoeing around 10:00.
